Fulfillment Window: All refunds are processed via our gateway partner (Razorpay). The amount will reflect in your original bank account, card, or UPI wallet within 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank processing rules.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The standard platform fee (₹10) added to transactions is non-refundable as it covers routing infrastructure, unless the order is cancelled by the merchant due to their inability to fulfill.
