Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CityOffersHub platform ("Platform"), which includes our mobile application, websites, and dashboard utilities. By registering an account as a consumer or a business merchant, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account Eligibility and Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register a business account or execute financial transactions.
- You agree to provide true, current, and complete details during the sign-up wizard steps.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords or OTP-based verification access.
2. Merchant Obligations (For Businesses)
As a registered business on CityOffersHub, you agree that:
- All discounts, prices, flyer catalog listings, and images published must represent genuine offers. Extreme discounts (>90% discount) require a verified proof upload.
- Pre-orders confirmed via the dashboard must be fulfilled in a clean, hygienic, and professional manner at the agreed slot time.
- You will honor stamp-card redemptions and memberships purchased by consumers without imposing unadvertised fees.
- Merchant subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Failure to renew subscriptions results in immediate account restriction to the Free Plan limits (max 5 active offers).
3. Consumer Guidelines (For Users)
As a consumer looking up local deals or booking pre-orders:
- Pre-orders booked on the platform require prompt collection. Uncollected orders will not be refunded after the pickup time has lapsed.
- Stamps and loyalty points are earned and tracked dynamically. Attempts to manipulate checks, like double checking-in from the same IP using proxy checks, will trigger security locks and block access.
- VIP memberships and preorder fees must be paid transparently through our Razorpay checkout.
4. Pre-Order Booking and Appointments
Pre-orders are booked against merchant slot capacities. Merchants reserve the right to limit the maximum orders per slot. If a merchant cancels a pre-order due to slot or preparation issues, the amount prepaid is refunded in full to the consumer's original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Limitation of Liability
CityOffersHub acts as a tech platform connecting local buyers with physical merchants. We do not inspect products, guarantee merchant services, or take liability for dining health codes. Any disputes regarding product quality or physical service must be resolved directly between the consumer and the respective merchant.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, fail payments, or bypass geographical geofence boundaries.
